A selection of my mini Rex breeds
Raven
Raven is a Mini Black Otter doe. She turned one in our years on the 12th April 2013.
As with all Rex she is highly intelligent and I need to constantly find new things to stimulate her environment.
Raven is an indoor bunny who goes outdoors when warm enough (this year not so much!)
The picture shows her in an outdoor run, I spent hours crawling around trying to obtain a fantastic photo at her level, I gave up when it got dark. The photo was so my sister could draw a pastel picture for me to hang in my living room.
I now understand when they say never work with children or animals!
Raven had two kits Charlie and Pearl.

Indy
Indy named after a well loved explorer, turns one on the 23 May 2013. He is an (Agouti Rex) mini Opal buck and Ravens boyfriend.
When I saw him there was something about him that drew me to him, the seller said he was small and not really wanted due to his proportions. I admit he looked a little like an ugly duckling, but his curious nature appealed to me.
This picture is when he was young, he hasn't changed in nature and always wants an adventure.
One morning my son was late feeding them, Indy took matters into his own paws, he got out of his run, through the garden, up the steps to the back door! My son heard him, paws on the back door with his nails clicking. Well we couldn't believe it, he could of adventured to any one of the gardens adjacent to ours. Lots about Indy in the blog later, he has many adventures to tell.

Pearl
Pearl is a mini fawn doe, Raven and Indiana's daughter. She was born 5 November 2012.
We decided to call her Pearl, my sister said she shimmered and depending on the light she had that opaque lustre. She is stunning.

Charlie Chocolate (chip)
He is a chocolate mini otter. Son of Raven and Indy. A very handsome bunny, my friend had him due to me having so many rabbits at the time. I loved his colouring but I really wanted a girl we had so many boys at the time. He now lives happily with my friend and a bonus I get to visit him.
Pumpkin
Pumpkin is an orange mini Rex. Born 15 September 2011. Named in October when pumpkins where everywhere, it seemed appropriate being as he is orange.
Bracken
Bracken was my lilac otter buck, he was from a show line. Due to my ill health I downsized my rabbits and he went back to the breeder.
